60 PEOPLE FROM 23 COUNTRIES PROPOSED 169 THEMES…

The period for theme proposals for the 15th International Tourism Cartoons Competition ended on June 15, 2023. A total of 169 themes were proposed by 60 people from 23 different countries. The distribution of the theme proposals according to the countries is as follows: USA (3 applications), Argentina (2 applications), Australia, Austria, Bulgaria (2 applications), Czechia, China, France, Croatia (2 applications), India, Netherlands, Iran (13 applications), Spain (2 applications), Israel, Italy, Kenya, Colombia, Cuba (2 applications), Egypt (4 applications), Romania, Russian Federation (3 applications), Turkey (10 applications), and Jordan.

I would like to thank all the cartoon lovers and cartoon artists who suggested a theme.

Dear Fellow Cartoonists,

After the meeting of the Pre-selection Committee on January 23, 2023, the finalist cartoons of the 14th International Tourism Cartoon Competition were specified. 52 cartoons in the adult category and 44 cartoons in the youth category were chosen for the final evaluation. The finalist cartoons will be displayed on the organization website between January 24 and February 2, 2023 before the evaluation of the final selection committee.

When you see any SIMILAR, COPY CARTOON/S OR RECEIVED AN AWARD BEFORE, AND ANY FRAUD CARTOON/S among the finalist cartoons, please write to organizing committee (There are numbers on every cartoons, you can use numbers when you are reporting). Any objections to authenticity will be considered until February 2, 2023.

The award ceremony of the 14th International Tourism Cartoon Competition will be organized in Petra tourism center in Jordan in June 2023, sponsored by the Petra Development and Tourism Region Authority.
